Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased at the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop, Game Day Kiosks or at shop.ticats.ca can be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the original receipt. Items must not be worn or used and have the original tags still attached. For more information on returns please continue reading below.
You can return items by mail for FREE by following the instructions below:
1) Place the item you would like to return back into the original packaging and seal.
2) To print a return label at home or at the nearest Canada Post Office. You need the following to print the return label:
-Please email us onlinestore@ticats.ca / onlinestore@forgefootball.club and we will provide you with the Canada Post Return ID number
-Your Order ID # which appears at the top left of your order print out contained in the package. This number also appears in your shipping confirmation email.
-Simply bring the above information along with the package to any Canada Post Office and they will process the return for you FREE of charge.
TO PRINT A RETURN LABEL AT HOME
-Please email us onlinestore@ticats.ca / onlinestore@forgefootball.club and we will provide you with the link to generate your return label.
-Click on the provided link if you are printing you return label at home
-Once you print out your label at home simply attach it to the package covering up any of the old labelings and drop off the package at the nearest Canada Post Office

For an exchange, the receipt must be provided in order to receive full credit for the item. Any items for exchange or refund, without a receipt, will be credited at the current selling price.
*Clearance items (prices that end in $.90) are final sale and cannot be returned for refund*
shop.ticats.forgefootball.club will not refund shipping unless a mistake on your order was made on our part.
**Both Tiger-Cats and Forge FC personalized Jerseys are Final Sale and returns or exchanges will not be accepted**
