Returns & Exchanges

If you've made an in-store, in-stadium, or online purchase, you can complete a return or exchange at the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop or by mail via Canada Post for FREE.


Before heading to the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop, read our Return and Exchange policies to see if your item is eligible for a return.

  • Items from Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of your in-store purchase, or 30 days from the date your online order is delivered.
  • Items eligible for return must not be worn or used, have the original packaging and have all tags/stickers attached.
  • Items purchased ending in $.90 are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
  • All crested jerseys and custom items are final sale, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
  • Shipping will not be refunded unless an error is made by the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Staff.
  • The Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop has the right to not accept a return or exchange and may charge a restocking fee.

Items can be returned in person at the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop. All items must be in the original packaging and have all tags/stickers attached. Customers must bring their receipt, ID, and original payment method. The Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop will review all items prior to issuing a refund or exchange.


Items can be returned in the mail for free via Canada Post. Email us at onlinestore@ticats.ca or onlinestore@forgefootball.club and we will provide you with a free, Canada Post Return ID number or Canada Post return label. In that email, please provide your Order # and the reason for the return. All items must be in the original packaging and have all tags/stickers attached, non-approved returns will be refused. Take your return package to a Canada Post location for drop-off. The Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop will review all items once returned prior to issuing a refund or exchange.
