The Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop offers FREE returns! If you've made a purchase in-store, on game day, or online we have you covered. Before heading to the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop, read our Return and Exchange policy to see if your item(s) are eligible for a return.

• Item(s) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
• Item(s) eligible for return must not be worn or used, and have all tags/stickers attached.
• Item(s) ending in $.90 are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Item(s) labeled "AS IS" are sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All crested jerseys and custom item(s) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Shipping will not be refunded if the order is delivered correctly. 
• Staff have the right to reject a return or exchange
• Staff have the right to charge a restocking fee, if necessary.

Item(s) can be returned for FREE in person at the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop.

All item(s) must not be worn or used, and have all tags/stickers attached. Customers must bring their receipt, ID, and original payment method. Staff will review all item(s) before issuing a refund or exchange, rejected item(s) will be refused.

Item(s) can be returned for FREE via Canada Post.

All item(s) must not be worn or used, and have all tags/stickers attached. Email onlinestore@ticats.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. Staff will review your return, and if accepted, provide you with a free Canada Post Return ID or return label. Take your return package to a Canada Post drop-off location. Once the package arrives, staff will review all item(s) before issuing a refund or exchange. Rejected item(s) will be refused.
