ORDERS
Q. How long does it take to process an order?
A. Orders are processed Monday-Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.
Shipping orders are picked up by mail services Tuesdays to Fridays between 1 pm - 3 pm.
Q. How do I know my order is ready for pick-up?
A. When your order is ready for pick-up, you will be emailed pick-up instructions.
Q. Where can I pick up my order, and what are the hours of operation?
A. All orders can be picked up at The Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop located at the southeast corner of Hamilton Stadium (Cannon St. and Balsam Ave.).
Our address is 75 Balsam Ave. North, Hamilton, ON L8L8C1.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?
A. You can call the store at 905-777-2021 or email onlinestore@ticats.ca for assistance.
Q. How long will my pick-up order be held at the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop?
A. Pick-up orders are held at the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop for 18 months.
After 18 months, orders are removed at the staff's discretion.
Q. Can I email in to add an item to my order?
A. Unfortunately, we’re unable to add items to an existing order via email.
However, you’re welcome to place a second order, or call us (905 777 2021) to add item(s) to a previous order.
For the protection of our customers, we do not have access to any personal credit card information.
Q. Can I pre-order merchandise for my suite?
A. Yes, merchandise may be pre-ordered for your suite.
Please include your suite number in the "discount code or gift card" field at checkout to ensure your shop order is delivered to your suite.
If you are in suite #7, please enter 'SUITE7' for in-suite delivery.

Q. Where do we ship to?
A. The Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop ships worldwide!
All shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout page.
Q. Do you have free shipping?
A. Yes, we provide free shipping on orders $200+, before tax and after discounts, in Ontario.
Orders below this amount or outside of Ontario are not eligible for free shipping.
Q. I don't like the shipping fee associated with my order.
A. Our online store works with Canada Post and Purolator to estimate real-time shipping fees.
Shipping rates are based on the location and method of shipping selected.
For free in-store pick-up, select “Pick-Up at Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop” as your shipping option.
JERSEYS
Q. How long does it take to make a crested jersey?
A. Crested jerseys are crested in-store and take 15-20 minutes.
Some exclusions may apply depending on the letter and number inventory, but you will be contacted should this arise.
Q. How can I purchase a crested jersey?
A. All Jerseys can be purchased online, in-store, or over the phone.
To purchase a crested child, toddler or infant jersey, please call us at 905-777-2021.
Q. Are there restrictions on what I can put on my crested jersey?
A. You can put any name, phrase or number on your crested jersey, however, derogatory names or phrases will not be accepted at the discretion of the team.
Jerseys are decorated with all capital letters and no more than 2 numbers. Hyphens, little c & e, periods and apostrophes are available.
Q. Can I return a crested jersey?
A. All crested jerseys are final sale.
Q. Can I purchase a blank jersey and get it crested at a later time?
A. Yes, you can bring any jersey to the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop at any time.
Adult and youth jerseys are crested in-store and take 15-20 minutes.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Q. How do I receive my SSH or All Access Discount?
A. At checkout, enter your 6-digit account number in the "discount code or gift card" field.
Q. How do I redeem a promotion?
A. At checkout, enter your 6-digit account number in the "discount code or gift card" field.
Some discounts or promotions may automatically apply at checkout.
Discounts & promotions do not apply to clearance items, gift cards, tickets, or items specifically listed.
RETURNS
Q. What if I need to return or exchange something?
A. Items purchased at the Tiger-Cats | Forge FC Shop, Game Day Kiosks or online can be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the original receipt.
Items must not be worn or used, and must have the original tags still attached. For more information on returns, please see our return page here.
